Exterior Landscape

This is an example of how a potentially great painting can go terribly wrong. The foreground details are pretty nicely handled (ei the water effects), but the bg could have used a huge transition in color. I think way more gray blues would have helped a lot, but what can ya do, huh? I'm going to scan this in and work digitally on it. Once I'm finished, I'll post the revision. Cheers.

Superflakes Layout

This was a Layout I drew out for a homework assignment based on a pre - assigned design. I liked the shot set-up I designed for this and I also like the style of the design my instructor gave us; more on the graphic/60's post Roswell style architecture.

Misc Gestures and Studies

Original Laica Reel

This is my storyboard put into a Laica Reel. I had SO much fun creating this story, and had a lot of laughs too. I'm sure one day I'll do a film for this, and it'll be friggen' sweet.

20 Min Pig Study

This was a 2 min study done at the Royal Winter Fair. I thought it would look nice with a bit of color, so I threw in a quick wash of Watercolor about a week afterward.

Tonals For Exterior Landscape

So here's three tonal studies I did with my trusty graphite powder. Nothing better for tonals. Messy as hell though. The final painting needs touch ups, Ill post the original and then the fixed up version soon.
